A timeless craft dating back to Ancient Rome and the palazzos of 15th-century Venice. It was designed to mimic solid stone and marble in areas where weight and structural limits were a concern.

HISTORY :

Authentic Italian Plaster made from aged, slakes lime and crushed marble dust.

COMPOSITION :

Interior walls, ceilings, fireplace surrounds, range hoods, and architectural details like columns or niches.

AREAS OF APPLICATION :

Primarily applied over Level 4 or 5 drywall depending on the finish, but also compatible with existing traditional plaster.

SUBSTRATES :

Naturally mold and mildew resistant due to its high pH level. It is an eco-friendly, “breathable” finish that actually improves indoor air quality by absorbing CO2.

BENEFITS :

Our options range from high-polished ‘mirror’ finishes to organic matte textures, with accents available in metallic pigments and specialty waxes.

DESIGN OPTIONS :

The finish is celebrated for its light-reflective quality; it catches the light and shifts in character throughout the day, giving your walls a living, multi-dimensional depth.

LIVING WITH THE FINISH :

Lime plaster actually hardens over time, becoming more durable the longer it’s on your wall. It is easy to maintain with a damp cloth for occasional dusting.
